Luxurious retreat in Summit Park, just recently renovated from head to toe with high-end finishes and furnishings throughout. This beautifully designed modern mountain home is tucked away in the unmatched landscape of Summit Park, one of Park City's most cherished alpine communities, while still being accessible to all of the major attractions of the Park City and Salt Lake areas. Guests will enjoy peace, quiet, clean air, a convenient location, and amazing mountain views, no matter the season.

The Space

The brand new finishes and furnishings include, but are not limited to, gorgeous wide plank white oak floors, Berber carpets in bedrooms, five-star hotel quality bedding, motorized shades, sleek in-line gas fireplaces, high quality HD TV’s, gourmet-caliber kitchen appliances, edgy yet exceptionally comfortable furnishings, and sleek modern lighting throughout.

Guests arrive to this beautiful mountain home through the main entrance on the first floor, which opens to a family room with a flat screen TV.  Off the family room are two bedrooms, both with luxurious bedding and down comforters, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds.  There is also a bathroom with a standup shower on this level.  The laundry room is around the corner with brand new HE washer and dryer. Next to the laundry room hallway is the door to the two-car garage (heated), and adjacent to this door is the staircase which brings you up to the main living space. Here the house has an elegant lofted ceiling above the living room, where there is a plush suede couch, two swiveling accent chairs, and a lilac statement chair. All of it facing a wall mounted curved HD TV, situated above a two-sided fireplace. The other side of the fireplace faces into the dinette/dining area off the kitchen. The kitchen itself is connected by an open floor plan with the living room, allowing for guest interaction between both spaces.

A hallway off the living room leads to a full bathroom with custom wallpaper and a stand-up shower. This full bathroom connects to the third guest bedroom furnished with a queen bed. At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom, with custom wallpaper framing the king bed, flat screen TV, a designer vanity desk with chair, sliding glass doors to a small outdoor patio, and a luxurious bathroom with a jetted tub, hand held shower sprayer, and a double sink counter.
Above the living room, there is a small loft area that is perfect for yoga, relaxing, reading, or playing with the kiddos!

This home is a treasure for the high-end home connoisseur, while also providing an ideal floor plan for large groups or families with kids. Having the bedrooms split between two levels – two upstairs and two downstairs – allows guests to enjoy privacy when needed. At the same time, the open floor plan on the main level is perfect for getting everybody together for conversation, cooking, and warm meals by the fireplace.

The property also has ample outdoor space to enjoy. The dinette area opens to a beautiful Trex patio, providing upwards of 300 sq. ft. of serene outdoor space, nestled in the trees. Beneath this patio, and off the back of the house is a flagstone ground patio, encircling a wood burning fire ring, all of which is totally secluded against the magical backdrop of alpine forest.

Also, while this home feels truly tucked away in its evergreen alpine environment, it is only a 3-5 minute drive (depending on snow conditions) from the house to the I-80. Indeed, one of the major benefits of being in Summit Park is the ability to conveniently access either downtown Park City or Salt Lake City in about the same time. This makes the Cottonwood Canyon resorts much more accessible - Alta and Snowbird in Little Cottonwood, or Brighton and Solitude in Big Cottonwood - compared to other neighborhoods closer to downtown Park City. (The length of runs is longer and the terrain larger at all of the Cottonwood resorts versus Park City resorts.)

That said, it is a 15 minute drive to Park City Mountain, 10 minute drive to Kimball Junction (Whole Foods, Smith’s, restaurants, movie theater, etc.), 20 minute drive to Main Street, 25 minute drive to Deer Valley, 20-25 minute drive to SLC (including the airport). The drive to Big Cottonwood Canyon is 20-25 minutes, and the drive to Little Cottonwood Canyon is 30-40 minutes.
